Professional Advantage (PA) received a tremendous response after a great week of exhibiting at Microsoft Convergence in Atlanta. One of the PA products on display, Collections Management was a very popular topic of discussion. There were several rave reviews from many happy Collections Management customers on what’s been valuable, and PA was happy to announce some of the product releases coming soon.

Our Customers Have Been Heard
In the last major Collections Management release, more than 25% of the new items were customer driven. It’s great to receive customer input and deliver new features into our products in a timely manner. Professional Advantage is always looking for new ways to improve our solutions to better serve our customers.
Coming Soon
In addition, Professional Advantage was excited to announce the upcoming release of custom collection queries. Many current users want to find customers with complex requirements. Soon the new Custom Query will extend our functionality to include custom SQL scripts, so users (or partners) who are SQL savvy can query customers with much more advanced criteria. In addition to custom queries, support for Dynamics GP light users is also coming soon!
