Company Data Archive Recap of Microsoft Convergence 2015

After a great week in Atlanta, exhibiting at Microsoft Convergence 2015, Professional Advantage returned with several new feature ideas and lots of happy-customer feedback. Company Data Archive (CDA) continues to aid Microsoft Dynamics® GP customers in streamlining their database, increasing performance and optimizing hardware cost.  Not only will CDA archive your old, historical data, Professional Advantage has added even more database maintenance tools over the past few years to improve our solutions including:

  • Database Sizing and Distribution
  • Index Fragment Optimization
  • Microsoft Dynamics® GP and SQL Diagnostics

The goal is to become an all-around database maintenance tool for Dynamics GP. Professional Advantage was excited to announce the highly anticipated release of two new versions of Company Data Archive at Convergence this year.

New products – Coming Soon!

CDA 30

Our newest version, CDA 30, soon to be released, will cater to one time archive customers and allow clients to experience the full benefits of archiving for 30 days at one low cost.  This CDA option will be available to companies for a minimal investment, and will offer amazing database results. If customers decide they want to continue to archive their data, by upgrading to the full version of Company Data Archive, it is as simple as entering a new registration key. CDA Plus At the event, Professional Advantage was also very excited to announce the upcoming release of a second new product: Company Data Archive Plus. CDA Plus will offer customers a wide range of flexibility when archiving 3rd party or custom tables. There are several ISV modules and Dynamics GP add-ons that accumulate extraordinary amounts data including the Project Accounting module and the Field Service module. With CDA Plus, customers will be able to utilize the logic of CDA to archive tables and data residing outside the core GP tables.
