Professional Advantage (PA) had a great week exhibiting at GPUG Summit in Reno, NV. The main products we featured at this event were Collections Management and Company Data Archive (CDA) for Microsoft Dynamics® GP. Both products received exceptional feedback from the various customers in attendance as well as prospective customers who were seeing the solutions for the first time.
The very large Collections Management customer base continues to be enthusiastic about the product, especially the new emailing functionality, automated collection plans, and our soon-to-release integration with Nodus® PayLink.

Also during the week, PA had the opportunity to hold a Partner Showcase session to demonstrate the power of Company Data Archive. The session was entitled Archiving Data: Maximize Your Microsoft Dynamics® GP Output by Professional Advantage (Big THANKS to those in attendance!). At nearly maximum capacity, the classroom was filled with Dynamics GP customers intrigued by the product’s functionality, outstanding database results, and new features. In the session we also:- Demonstrated and discussed the benefits of archiving GP data- Showed customers how to optimize SQL Indexes- Performed an archive- Walked through how to archive third party data- Reviewed what to expect after archiving.
The presentation was followed by a great Q&A session, where we were able to answer several questions regarding product functionality, licensing, and support.
As mentioned previously, PA has teamed up with Nodus, an e-payment company, to include payment links within Collections Management. Dynamics GP customers will soon have the ability to include PayLinks inside their collection letters and emails. With the click of a button, the customer can view electronic statements and make one easy payment via payment link for one or several invoices, all without registering for an account or logging into a website or payment portal.
As always, Dynamics Communities hosted a great show. They set yet another record for Microsoft Dynamics GP customers in attendance. Professional Advantage is grateful to be a part of such an event. We are already looking forward to GPUG Summit 2016 in Tampa Bay, FL.
