If you have already archived General Ledger data while on GP 2015 R2, on any build of CDA prior to build 23, the following steps can be used to repair the years that were archived after upgrading to the latest build of CDA:
1. Log into the Archive database as the ‘sa’ user2. Navigate to the Home Page3. Right click on any open space on the Shortcuts pane4. Select Add – Add Window
5. Expand Company Archive – Company – highlight ‘Swap Debit and Credits Repair’
6. Select Add7. Click on the new shortcut to ‘Swap Debit and Credits Repair8. Enter the Fiscal Year to Repair and select OK
9. Navigate back to the window for each year that was archived while on GP 2015 R2 and the issue build of CDA
This fix is in regard to the Known Issue When Archiving General Ledger Using Company Data Archive and Microsoft Dynamics® GP 2015 R2.
